Description:As well as practising hypnotherapy on a day-to-day basis, one of my aims, through my business, is to de-mystifying hypnosis through educating clients how their minds work and how they can use this knowledge to make positive changes in their lives. Highlighting their life-patterns, discovering where they started and why, and then resolving this in the sub conscious, followed by re-programming, can give choice back to the client and ultimately, positive, life-changing results :)
