Description:We created Chicago Mechanical because we were uncomfortable with the old model in this industry which was providing maintenance services and billing hourly for repairs. Instead of getting paid for making client’s equipment run more efficiently and reliably, contractors were getting paid when clients had problems and breakdowns.
