Description:The Chicago Israel Philanthropic Fund (CIPF) is dedicated to pioneering an innovative and pluralistic community in Israel. We will engage both potential and new Olim and bring them together to contribute to Israeli society by building a vibrant pluralistic community in the Negev. Rabbi Asher Lopatin is committed to moving to Beer Sheva with his family in the summer of 2011 to help establish this community by starting a pluralistic spiritual, cultural, and educational community center in it.
