Description:Memory Care Cafe is a weekly activity and social club for people with forgetfulness and their care partners. Participation allows care couples to be active again and enjoy life together in a safe and welcoming circle of friends. Some participate with family members, others with a friend or hired assistant. We visit museums, parks, landmarks, cafs and do fun and creative projects at the Gatehouse at Fort Mason in San Francisco.
