Description:We seek to acquire distressed, income producing commercial property (primarily retail & multi-family) in the southwestern U.S. from owners and/or lenders who have foreclosed. We will also consider broken land deals for development of commercial and residential property. We will buy REO property or acquire notes from banks that are secured by good property we seek to acquire through foreclosure.
