Description:My business came about as a result of me suffering a severe allergic shock which left me hospitalised. I was put on an exclusion diet to identify what was causing the problem. Wheat was one of the foods excluded. I began baking with spelt flour instead of wheat. Having reared six children I was well used to baking as most women of my generation are!
