Description:621 Volunteer Gliding Squadron is part of the Royal Air Force Air Cadets. It teaches cadets to fly in the Grob Viking glider. Cadets from 13 years are taught to fly the aircraft in the air as part of a Gliding Induction Course. Cadets from 16 years can be given a Gliding Scholarship in which they are taught everything they need to fly a single solo circuit.
