Description:The 43 Days Initiative is a movement I started with the mission to eliminate the Statute of Limitations on Sexual Battery for Adults ages 16+. It was born out of frustration with the current Statute of Limitations and how it left victims of Sexual Battery in Florida with a ticking time clock over them, ticking down the days they had left to heal from their rape and to come to terms with their assault.
